How referrals arrive

1The referral is sent by WhatsApp and to your referral inbox, with its urgency
2You confirm attendance by scanning the QR or entering the referral code
3You record a short outcome: seen, started treatment, referred onward, did not attend
4You are paid TSh 2,000 per confirmed referral on a monthly statement

Registered staff, clear opening hours, and a response within 7 days for routine referrals and the same day for urgent ones.
